Sales and Client Coordinator

Our technology allows consumers snap a photo or scan an image with their smart phones and purchase that item with a single click. The focus of our approach is to take our core services and white label our technology into retailer’s apps and mobile web.

We are presently looking for a Sales and Client Coordinator for Minneapolis, MN location.

The primary responsibility of Sales & Client Coordinator is to work with the Sales & Client Management team in helping establish, grow and maintain partnership opportunities.



Work closely with the Sales & Client Management team to complete a broad variety of client facing and administrative tasks for including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the coordination of client meetings for extremely active calendar of appointments
  • Assisting in arranging and coordinating internal meetings, events, training, off-sites and other company functions
  • Recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings
  • Working closely and effectively with the Executive(s) to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
  • Creating and compiling sales and marketing documents and presentations for travel-related meetings
  • Interacting with external clients and vendors
  • Working closely with Account Management to support the account base through direct customer contact via phone and email and communication with internal teams
  • Monitoring, screening, sorting, responding to and distributing incoming communications
  • Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records and reports
  • Conducting research, collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents
  • Assisting in maintenance of sales and client management CRM database
  • Coordinating projects with internal staff at all levels
  • Travel may be happen at less than 10% of the time 

Our Criteria:

  • 5+ years experience providing support and assisting corporate teams
  • Post-secondary courses/certificate in office administration an asset
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Basic graphic design and desktop publishing (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • A proven self starter able to adapt to changes of a start-up environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • The work may require being connected after normal business hours from time to time
